IR LED Pod PCB

Carrier PCB for a single Osram OSLON Black high-power IR LED.

Modelled after the IR OSLON Black PowerStars and Clusters from Intelligent LED Solutions (ILS).

Design

Manufacturing

Release v1.0.0 was ordered from JLCPCB with the following configuration:

  • single-layer Aluminium substrate PCB
  • Dimensions: 15 mm x 11 mm
  • Thickness: 1.6mm
  • Colour: white
  • Silkscreen: black
  • Finish: HASL (with lead)

The counterbore for M2 countersunk bolts has been added manually after receiving the boards.
